Terms.

1. Who's "us"

The Marketing Pros LLC, a US company headquartered in Bend, Oregon. Throughout this document "we," "us," and "our" refer to The Marketing Pros LLC.

2. Engagement scope

When we agree to a project we send a one-page scope-of-work document with a fixed price. The scope-of-work governs that engagement. These terms apply to everything not explicitly addressed there.

3. Payment

50% on signature, 50% on go-live. CRM and Cyclize subscriptions bill monthly in advance, can be cancelled any time, with full data export on the way out. We don't pro-rate. We don't issue refunds for unused months.

4. Ownership

You own the work. The deliverable theme, the copy, the brand assets, the configured tooling — yours. We retain the right to use the work in our own portfolio and case studies unless you ask us not to in writing before launch.

5. What we don't do

We don't ghost-write reviews. We don't buy backlinks. We don't run paid media on your behalf. We don't operate accounts in your name without your written consent. We don't sell your customer data, and we never train AI on it.

6. Liability

Capped at the amount paid for the project in question. We carry professional liability insurance; details available on request. We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party services (hosting providers, payment processors, social platforms) outside our control.

7. Termination

Either party can terminate a project for material breach with 14 days written notice and an opportunity to cure. CRM and Cyclize subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. We don't punish you for leaving. We compete on the product being good.

8. Disputes

Governed by Oregon law. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Deschutes County before they go to court. Class actions waived.

9. Changes

We update these terms when we change how we operate. Existing customers get 30 days notice before any term that affects them takes effect. The "last updated" date at the top is the canonical version.
