Privacy.
Last updated 2026-05-07. We collect what we need to do the work, and nothing else. We don't sell your data. We don't train AI on your customer records.
What we collect
From you (when you use the site): name, email, business details voluntarily submitted via forms; technical data like browser, IP, and pages visited via Cloudflare's web analytics (privacy-first, no third-party cookies).
From your customers (when you use our CRM/Cyclize): the records you create, the content you publish, the engagement those generate. We are a processor of this data; you are the controller.
What we don't collect
We don't use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or third-party advertising trackers on this site. We don't sell our marketing list. We don't run retargeting against people who visit this site.
How we use it
For the running of the business: responding to your inquiries, delivering services you've engaged us for, billing you, and operating the products you subscribe to. We send transactional email related to the business and an occasional product-update note. No promotional drip campaigns.
Who else sees it
Subprocessors we use: Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, analytics), Google Workspace (email), Twilio (SMS), our hosting provider InMotion. None of them sell your data either, by contract. Full subprocessor list available on request.
How long we keep it
Inquiry data: 24 months unless you become a customer. Customer data: as long as you're a customer plus 30 days. Billing records: 7 years (US tax requirement). After that we delete.
Your rights
Access, correct, export, or delete your data — email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request." We respond within 30 days. EU and California residents have the same rights extended through GDPR and CCPA.
Cookies
This site uses one cookie: a session cookie if you log into the client dashboard at app.themarketingpros.com. No third-party cookies. No advertising cookies. No cookie banner needed because there's nothing to consent to.
Security
TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, daily encrypted backups in a second region. SOC 2 Type I in 2026 Q4, Type II in 2027. Incidents disclosed within 72 hours of discovery.
Changes
We rewrite this when we change how we handle data. Existing customers get 30 days notice before any privacy change that affects them.
