A Medicare application services brand — and the build that established the full-width expanding mega-panel navigation now standard across the pipeline.
The brief
Medicare Applications guides providers and practices through Medicare enrollment — a service with many distinct offerings that buyers need to navigate quickly, or they bounce to a phone number and a hold queue.
What we built
A multi-service site organized around one idea: the visitor should find their exact situation in one click. We designed a full-width expanding mega-panel navigation — keyboard- and screen-reader-accessible, with a described service grid instead of fragile dropdown chains — so every service line is one hover away. Built on our standard accessibility, schema, and performance bar.
The outcome
A site built so a practice administrator can find “revalidation” or “reassignment” by name and start — without calling to ask what page to look at. The navigation pattern earned its way into our reusable standards; several later builds ship it.
